Important Information About Distance Education
• 30% of the courses will be taught synchronous (simultaneous/online) and 70% of them asynchronously (video recording).
• Course videos and materials for asynchronous courses will be directly uploaded to the E-COURSE (E-DERS) system.
• Online courses will be taught within the framework of spring semester. You will be informed about start time and method of the courses (Google Meet or Zoom) with your e-mail or Student Information System (OBS system) by your lecturer. In this process, you should check your e-mail and especially the announcements in the OBS system.
• Google Meet and Zoom apps will be used for online courses.
• Video recordings and course materials of the online courses will be uploaded to the E-COURSE system too.
• E-COURSE system will be open on 30th of March 2020. You will have access to your courses which are appointed to be taught with distance education on the system.
• Applied courses that cannot be taught by the distance education system will be held in the summer.
• You will also be informed about the exams.
