The registration calendar is update in progress. 

* All international students who do not have a C1 Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate must enter this exam. The exam is fees-free but no certificate will be provided to the attendees. For the students who wish to take the exam out of the provided date, they will have to get a special appointment from the FSM-TÜMER Center and pay an examination fee of 800 TL, this private exam will provide the student with a written certificate. ** Required from students enrolling in the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Psychology, and Department of Translation and Interpretation (English), who do not have English Language Proficiency Certificates.

*** FSMEPT: For students who are accepted to the undergraduate and graduate programs that require English Language Proficiencies, and have received a minimum of 65 points in the Level Placement Examination. Students who are accepted to the History of Science in Islam (MA), Clinical Psychology (MA-Thesis) and Architecture (MA-English) programs and who fail the FSMEPT exam will have their registrations canceled.

**** For students who are accepted to the Basic Islamic Sciences programs. Students who have Arabic as their mother language or have graduated from schools that have Arabic as their primary language of instruction must get in contact with the Arabic Preparatory Department. (https://arapcahazirlik.fsm.edu.tr/)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

Only documents in English and Turkish are accepted and considered. If they are not in Turkish or English, a notarized translation of the documents must be provided.

PLEASE NOT THAT MISSING DOCUMENTS WILL PREVENT YOU FROM COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION

VOCATIONAL AND UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

  • High School Diploma and Transcripts
  • High School Diploma Equivalency Certificate (Denklik Belgesi)
  • Passport and Photocopy of Passport
  • Language Proficiency Exam Results (Turkish, English, Arabic, etc.) (If Available)
  • Hafiz Certificate for Basic Islamic Sciences program (If Available)
  • YÖS/ National/International Exam Result Documents (If Available)
  • Students under the age of 18 (at the time of their registration) must submit a notarized Letter of Consent from the Parents or Legal Guardians. This letter should be translated to Turkish and Apostilled by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate if it has been prepared outside of Turkey.

MASTER’S PROGRAMS

  • Undergraduate Diploma and Transcripts
  • YÖK (Council of Higher Education) Recognition Certificate  (If Available)
  • Passport and Photocopy of Passport
