APPLİCATION CRITERIA

       • Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.20 for undergraduates, and students studying in a masters or PhD degree programme must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.50. 

  • Review the Partner Institutions.

  • Check the official websites of the partners and read practical information (academic calendar, course catalogues, accommodation, etc.).

  • Submit your Erasmus Student Application Form and Grade Transcript

  • Apply for FSMVU  proficiency exam.

  •  If a course taken during the Erasmus programme is conducted in a foreign language except English, students must be able to document their command of that language. 

    All required documents must be delivered to the IRO-Erasmus Unit.

SELECTION  CRITERIA

All prospective students must take the foriegn language exam administered by the Foreign Languages Department.

Ranking will be based on 50% CGPA + 50% Erasmus English proficiency exam.

Students who are applying to participate in the Erasmus+ program for the second time will be deducted 10 points at the time of evaluations. Erasmus study grant eligibility will be based on the budget allocated by the Turkish National Agency.

Countries are categorized into three different groups based on their cost of living expenses indices. These are the amounts of Erasmus grants allocated for each category of countries.

Please refer to the table below showing the regional mobility grant distribution for the academic year 2015/16. The allocation varies from year to year and is dependent on the EUC and Turkish National Agency's budget proposal.

                 300 €

Students are also given the chance to participate in the Erasmus+ program without receiving any grant, that is, through their own financial means.
