Dear Prospective Students,
Within the scope of the legal regulations concerning the Student Amnesty and the implementation principles determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the application and registration procedures for international students who are entitled to re-register at our University will be carried out in accordance with the principles stated below.

Who Can Benefit from the Student Amnesty?
International students who meet the conditions specified in the relevant legislation and the implementation principles determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), and who are granted the right to re-register under the relevant regulation, may apply to our University to benefit from the Student Amnesty.
Application and Registration Procedures

Following the evaluation of the applications, students who are determined to have the right to re-register will be provided with the necessary information regarding their registration procedures, tuition fees, course exemption and adjustment, and other academic and administrative processes.
Principles Regarding Scholarships, Discounts and Tuition Fees
The applicable tuition fee, scholarship and discount conditions will be communicated to the student during the acceptance process.
Adjustment and Academic Procedures
For students who are re-registered under Law No. 7592, the following documents must be submitted to the secretary's office of the relevant faculty, institute or vocational school in order to carry out course exemption and academic adjustment procedures:
* A course exemption application petition,
* Transcripts covering the periods in which they previously studied at our University,
* If applicable, transcripts showing courses taken at other higher education institutions.
Documents may be submitted in person or by an authorized representative holding a notarized power of attorney.
Students who will begin their studies in the 2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester are strongly advised to submit the required documents to the relevant academic unit as soon as possible in order to avoid delays in course registration, course exemption and academic adjustment procedures.
