Dear Student,

Students whose residence permit period has expired and/or who have less than 60 days remaining on their residence permit period must urgently apply for a residence permit in order to avoid any violation.

Higher education students (associate degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctoral degree) who apply for a student residence permit must go directly to the nearest Provincial Directorate of Migration Management with the residence permit application form, passport and student certificate, and provide their fingerprints (within 24 hours), without waiting for the appointment date. They must then immediately collect the required documents and submit them to the International Student Office of our university.

Required Documents:

• Residence Permit Application Form
• Passport or passport substitute document (original and photocopy)
• Document showing student status (student certificate)
• 2 biometric photographs
• Valid health insurance (GSS or private health insurance covering the residence permit application period)
• Document showing the address information where you will reside
• If you live in your own house, a copy of the title deed (for extension applications, the “Certificate of Residence and Utility Bill” is considered sufficient)
• If residing under a rental agreement, a notarized copy of the rental agreement
• If residing in places such as a hotel, a document proving your stay in these places
• If you are staying in a student dormitory, a document proving your residence in the dormitory
• If you are residing with a sponsor, a notarized undertaking from the person you are staying with (if the sponsor is married, a notarized undertaking from their spouse as well)
• Receipt showing that the residence permit document fee has been paid
• For foreigners under the age of 18 years:
• For those who come with a visa exemption or a visa issued for a different purpose; a document containing the information of the parent/guardian (birth certificate, family certificate, etc.) and a consent letter provided by the parent/guardian/legal representative
• For those who arrive with a visa appropriate for this purpose (student visa); the consent letter and the document containing the information of the parent/guardian will not be attached.

Note:

• You must have the original and photocopy of all documents that are signed in writing with you.
• Residence permit application files are accepted at our office from Monday to Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Do not forget to send your residence permit card to the International Student Office after receiving it.

Değerli Öğrencimiz,

İkamet süresi sona ermiş ve/veya ikamet süresinin bitimine 60 günden az kalmış olan öğrencilerin herhangi bir ihlale düşmemek için acilen ikamet izni başvurusunda bulunmaları gerekmektedir.

Yükseköğretim öğrencilerinin (ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora) öğrenci ikamet izni başvurusunda bulunmaları durumunda, ikamet izni başvuru formu, pasaport ve öğrenci belgesi ile birlikte en yakın İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğüne doğrudan giderek parmak izi vermeleri (24 saat içerisinde), randevu tarihini beklememeleri ve hemen ardından gerekli belgeleri tamamlayarak üniversitemizin Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisine teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.

Gerekli Belgeler:

• İkamet İzni Başvuru Formu
• Pasaport veya pasaport yerine geçen belge (aslı ve fotokopisi)
• Öğrenci durumunu gösteren belge (öğrenci belgesi)
• 2 adet biyometrik fotoğraf
• Geçerli sağlık sigortası (GSS veya ikamet izni başvuru süresini kapsayan özel sağlık sigortası)
• Kalınacak adres bilgilerini gösteren belge
• Kendi evinizde yaşıyorsanız, tapu fotokopisi (uzatma başvuruları için “Yerleşim Yeri ve Fatura” yeterli kabul edilmektedir)
• Kira sözleşmesi ile ikamet edilmesi durumunda, kira sözleşmesinin noter onaylı fotokopisi
• Otel vb. yerlerde ikamet edilmesi durumunda, bu yerlerde kaldığınızı gösteren belge
• Öğrenci yurdunda kalıyorsanız, yurtta kaldığınızı gösteren belge
• Bir sponsor ile birlikte ikamet ediyorsanız, birlikte kaldığınız kişinin noter onaylı taahhütnamesi (sponsor evli ise eşinin de noter onaylı taahhütnamesi)
• İkamet İzni Belgesi harcının ödendiğini gösteren makbuz
• 18 yaşından küçük yabancılar için:
• Vize muafiyeti veya farklı bir amaçla düzenlenmiş vize ile gelenler için; veli/vasi bilgilerini içeren belge (doğum belgesi, aile belgesi vb.) ve veli/vasi/yasal temsilci tarafından verilen muvafakatname
• Bu amaç için uygun vize (öğrenci vizesi) ile gelenler için; muvafakatname ve veli/vasi bilgilerini içeren belge eklenmeyecektir.

Not:

• İmzalı olarak teslim edilen tüm belgelerin aslı ve fotokopisi yanınızda bulunmalıdır.
• İkamet izni başvuru dosyaları Pazartesi gününden Çarşamba gününe kadar, 09.30-12.00 ve 13.30-16.30 saatleri arasında ofisimizde teslim alınmaktadır.
• İkamet izni kartınızı aldıktan sonra Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisine göndermeyi unutmayınız.

  عزيزي الطالب،

  يجب على الطلاب الذين انتهت مدة إقامتهم و/أو الذين بقي لهم أقل من 60 يومًا في فترة إقامتهم التقدم بطلب للحصول على الإقامة بشكل عاجل قبل الوقوع في أي مخالفة.

  يجب على طلاب التعليم العالي (درجة الدبلوم، درجة البكالوريوس، درجة الماجستير والدكتوراه) الذين يتقدمون للحصول على تصريح إقامة طالب الذهاب إلى أقرب إدارة هجرة مباشرة مع نموذج طلب تصريح الإقامة، جواز السفر وشهادة الطالب، واعطاء بصمات الخاصة بهم ، دون انتظار قدوم الموعد (خلال 24 ساعة)، ويجب عليهم مباشرة بعد ذلك جمع المستندات المطلوبة وإحضارها إلى مكتب الطلاب الدوليين في جامعتنا.

  المستندات المطلوبة:

  • استمارة طلب تصريح الإقامة
  • جواز السفر أو وثيقة بديلة لجواز السفر (الأصل وصورة)
  • وثيقة توضح حالة الطالب (شهادة الطالب)
  • 2صور شخصية بيومترية
  • تأمين صحي ساري المفعول (GSS أو تأمين صحي خاص يغطي فترة طلب تصريح الإقامة)
  • مستند يوضح معلومات العنوان الذي سيقيم فيه
    • إذا كنت تعيش في منزله الخاص، نسخة من سند الملكية (بالنسبة لطلبات التمديد، تعتبر"شهادة الإقامة والفاتورة" كافية)
    • في حالة الإقامة بعقد إيجار، نسخة موثقة عند النوتر من عقد الإيجار
    • في حالة الاقامة في اماكن مثل الفندق الخ ، قم بتقديم وثيقة تثبت إقامتك في هذه الأماكن
    • إذا كنت تقيم في سكن الطلاب، قم بتقديم وثيقة تثبت إقامتك في السكن
    • إذا كنت مقيم مع شخص كفيل، التزام موثق عند النوتر من الشخص الذي تقيم معه (إذا كان الكفيل متزوجا، أيضا التزام موثق عند النوتر من زوجه/زوجها).
  • إيصال يوضح أنه تم دفع رسوم وثيقة تصريح الإقامة
    للأجانب الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا؛
    • بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يأتون مع إعفاء من التأشيرة أو تأشيرة لغرض مختلف؛ وثيقة تحتوي على معلومات الوالد/الوصي (شهادة الميلاد، شهادة العائلة، وما إلى ذلك) وخطاب موافقة مقدم من الوالد/الوصي/الممثل القانوني
    • بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يصلون بتأشيرة مناسبة لهذا الغرض (تأشيرة الطالب)؛ لن يتم إرفاق خطاب الموافقة والمستند الذي يحتوي على معلومات الوالد/الوصي.

   

  ملحوظة:

  • يجب أن تكون معك النسخة الأصلية والمصورة الفوتوغرافية لجميع المستندات الموقعة خطياًّ.
  • يتم استلام ملفات طلب الإقامة في مكتبنا فقط في أيام الاثنين والجمعة من الساعة 9.30 صباحا الى 12.00 ظهرا و من الساعة 1.30 الى 4.30 بعد الظهر.
  • لا تنس إرسال بطاقة تصريح الإقامة الخاصة بك إلى مكتب الطلاب الدوليين بعد استلامها.
