Check the courses available at our University. You will use them to fill in the Learning Agreement. The Learning Agreement includes all course units you are planning to follow at our university. Consult your departmental coordinator in choosing the courses. 

After preparing the Learning Agreement; 3 original copies of this document must be signed by you, by your Erasmus Coordinator and also by the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator. 

Then this document must be sent to FSMVU by your Coordinator (or Erasmus Office) via e-mail for the necessary sections to be signed by our Instıtution.

We will get in contact with the Erasmus Departmental Coordinator of your field of study at the FSMV University to check the conformity of the Learning Agreement that you have sent us. After getting the confirmation from the relevant Erasmus Departmental Coordinator we will send you the Letter of Acceptance via e-mail and post. You may need this document also for visa application.

All foreign students who will be studying in Turkey are required to have a student visa for the duration of their academic stay. In order to get a student visa, students need to apply to the Turkish Consulate nearest to their town-of-residence with the Letter of Acceptance provided by FSMVU. 

FSMVU has an advice office that offers you information and help for your accommodation either at a private dormitory or a non-private dormitory.

Upon your arrival, please contact Erasmus Office (at Halic Campus A Blok 2nd floor) as soon as possible for your administrative and registration procedures. Our Office will direct you to the related Erasmus Coordinator.

Within one month after you arrive in FSMVU; you must apply for a residence permit. Erasmus Office will assist you with this procedure.
