Sevgili Öğrenciler,

İkamet izni başvurularına getirilen yeni kurallar gereği İzlenmesi gereken adımlar aşağıdaki Hatırlatmak isteriz:

1. Öğrenciler öncesinde de olduğu gibi başvurularını https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ adresinden yapacaktır.
2. Öğrenciler ikamet izni randevu gününden önce tüm başvuru belgelerini kontrol ve ek belge doldurulması için Üniversitemize getirmelidir.
3. Üniversite kontrolünden sonra öğrenciler RANDEVU GÜNÜNDE başvuru belgelerini Başvuru formunda belirtilen Göç İdaresi Binasına bireysel olarak teslim etmeli ve parmak izlerini vermelidir.

  Adres bilgileri ile ilgili Önemli Not:  

Uluslararası öğrencinin ikamet izni uzatma ve geçiş hakkında Göç idaresi tarafından yapılan güncellemeler aşağıdaki gibidir:

• Öğrenci ikamet izni uzatma, geçiş (Tür Değişikliği) için e-devletten adres tesciline dair yerleşim  yeri belgesini çıktı alınmlıdır.  Yerleşim yeri belgesi yanında kaldığı yerle ilişkin noter onaylı kira kontratı ve fatura (Elektrik, Doğalgaz…) bulundurmalı.

• Yurt’ta kalan öğrenciler yurt müdürü tarafından imzalnanan adres belgesi  sunmalıdır.

• Adres bildirme  (Eksik evrak tamamlama veya yeni adres bildirme) yapmak için  e-devletten adres tesciline dair yerleşim yeri belgesini çıktı almalı ve yanında kaldığı yerle ilişkin noter onaylı kira kontratı veya fatura sunulmalıdır.

Dear Students,

In the scope of new organisations of residence permit applications,  We would like to remind you of The necessary  application steps as follow:

1/  The students will make their application according to the usual way via the following website: https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/

2/  The students must bring their application documents to the university before their appointment day for university control and additional form-filling

3/  After the university‘s control, The students will personally submit their application documents to the Migration office mentioned in the application form and give their fingerprints ON THEIR APPOINTMENT DAY.

Important Note about the Address information :  

The updates made by the Immigration Office about the international student's residence permit extension and transition are as follows:

• For the student residence permit extension or transition (Change of Type), the residence document regarding the address registration must be printed out from the E-Devlet Portal.  A notarized rental contract and an invoice (Electricity, Natural Gas…) for the place of residence must be submitted with the address document.
•   Students staying in a dormitory must submit an official address document signed by the dormitory’s director.
• In order to make an address notification (New address or document completing)  , you should print out the address registration document from the E-Devlet Portal and submit with it a notarized rental contract or invoice for the place of stay.

اعزائنا الطلبة،

في نطاق المستجدات الطارئة على نظام طلبات الإقامة التركية، نذكركم ان إجراءات  طلب الاقامة للطلاب  كالاتي:

1.  يقدم الطلاب طلبات الإقامة عبر ملئ الاستمارة الاساسية وفقاً للطريقة المعتادة عبر الموقع التاليhttps://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/
2. يجب على الطلاب أن يقدموا وثائق طلباتهم إلى الجامعة قبل موعد الإقامة لدى دائرة الهجرة  حتى يتم مراجعة ملفهم من قبل  الجامعة وملء الاستمارات إضافية
3. بعد  مراجعة الملف من طرف الجامعة ، سوف يعيد الطلاب تسلم ملفاتهم و اخذها شخصياً   إلى عنوان  مكتب الهجرة المذكور في استمارة الطلب ويقومون باعطاء بصماتهم في يوم موعد الإقامة المحدد لهم في الاستمارة.

ملاحظات هامة بخصوص عنوان الاقامة : 

- - لتمديد تصريح إقامة الطالب أو الانتقال (تغيير النوع) ، يجب طباعة مستند الإقامة الخاص بتسجيل العنوان من بوابة E-Devlet. يجب تقديم عقد إيجار موثق وفاتورة (كهرباء ، غاز طبيعي ...) لمحل الإقامة مع وثيقة العنوان.

- يجب على الطلاب المقيمين في سكن الطلبة تقديم وثيقة عنوان رسمية موقعة من مدير السكن.

- من أجل تقديم إشعار بالعنوان (استكمال وثيقة او تحديث العنوان) ، يجب عليك طباعة مستند تسجيل العنوان من بوابة E-Devlet وتقديم عقد إيجار موثق أو فاتورة لمكان الإقامة.
