ÖĞRENCİ İKAMET İZNİ BAŞVURULAR HAKKINDA – ABOUT THE STUDENT RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATIONS

Değerli Öğrencimiz,

İkamet süresi biten ve/veya ikamet süresine 60 gün altında süresi kalan öğrencilerin ihlali durumuna düşmeden ACİL bir şekilde ikamet başvurusunda bulunmaları gerekmektedir.

Öğrenci ikamet izni başvurusunda bulunan yükseköğretim (ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora) öğrencilerinin, öğrenci ikamet izni başvurusu yaptıktan sonra İkamet İzni Öğrenci Kayıt Formu, Pasaportu, Öğrenci Belgesi ile randevu tarihini beklemeksizin (24 saat) içerisinde en yakın Göç İdaresine gidip Parmak İzzini verdikten hemen sonra gereken belgeleri toplayıp Üniversitemiz ’in Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisi teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.

Gereken belgeler:

• İkamet izni kayıt/başvuru formu
• Pasaport ya da pasaport yerine geçen belge (Aslı ve Fotokopisi)
• Öğrencilik durumunu gösterir belge (Öğrenci Belgesi)
• 4 adet biyometrik fotoğraf
• Geçerli sağlık sigortası (GSS ya da ikamet izni talep süresini kapsayan özel sağlık sigortası)
• Kalacağı adres bilgilerini gösterir belge
  • Kendi evinde kalıyorsa, tapu fotokopisi (uzatma başvurularında “yerleşim yeri belgesi ve fatura” yeterlidir)
  • Kira sözleşmesi ile kalıyorsa, kira sözleşmesinin noter onaylı örneği
  • Otel vb. konaklama yerlerinde kalınıyorsa, bu yerlerde kalındığına dair belge
  • Öğrenci yurtlarında kalınıyorsa, yurtta kalındığına dair belge
  • Destekleyici yanında kalınıyorsa, yanında kaldığı kişinin noter onaylı taahhüdü (Destekleyici evli ise ayrıca eşinin de noter onaylı taahhüdü)
• İkamet izni belge bedelinin ödendiğine dair makbuz
• 18 yaşından küçük yabancılar için;
  • Vize muafiyetiyle ya da farklı amaca yönelik vizeyle gelenler için; veli/vasi bilgisini içeren belge (doğum belgesi, aile belgesi vb.) ve veli/vasi/yasal temsilcisi tarafından verilen muvafakatname eklenecektir.
  • Amacına uygun vizeyle (öğrenim vizesi) gelenler için; muvafakatname ve veli/vasi bilgisini içeren belge eklenmeyecektir.

• TÜM ISLAK İMZALI BELGELERİN ASLI VE FOTOKOPİLERİ YANINIZDA BULUNMASI GEREKMEKTEDİR.
• OFİSİMİZDE İKAMET BAŞVURU DOSYALARI SADECE PAZARTESİ VE CUMA GÜNLERİNDE 9.30 -12.00 ve 13.30-16.30  SAATLERİ ARASINDA  ALINMAKTADIR
• İKAMET İZNİ KARTINI ALDIKTAN SONRA ULUSLARARASI ÖĞRENCİ OFİSİ'NE GÖNDERMEYİ UNUTMAYIN.

Dear Student,

Students whose residence period has expired and who have less than 60 days remaining in their residence period must apply for residence Urgently before falling into an illegal stay situation.

Higher education students (associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, and doctorate) who are applying for a student residence permit must go to the nearest Immigration Administration Office directly, without waiting for the appointment date within (24 hours), with their Residence Permit Student Registration Form, Passport, and Student Certificate to give their Fingerprint. After that, they must collect the required documents and submit them immediately to our University's International Student Office.

Required documents:

• The residence permit registration/application form
• The passport or passport substitute document (original and photocopy)
• A document showing the student status (Student Certificate)
• 4 biometric photographs
• A valid health insurance (GSS or private health insurance covering the residence permit request period)
• A document showing the address information. 
  • If he/she lives in his/her own house, a photocopy of the title deed (for the extension applications, the "residence certificate and invoice" are sufficient)
  • If staying with a rental agreement, a notarised copy of the rental agreement
  • If staying in accommodation places such as hotels etc…, a document proving that you are staying in these places.
  • If the student is staying in student dormitories, a document proving that the stay is in the dormitory (Providing a confirmation document signed and stamped by the Dorm Management).
  • If the student staying with a third person, a notarized commitment of the person he is staying with must be provided (even if the latter is married, a notarized commitment of the spouse is required).
• A receipt showing that the residence permit document fee has been paid.
• For foreigners under the age of 18 years:
  • For those who come with visa exemption or a visa for a different purpose: A document containing parent/guardian information (birth certificate, family certificate, etc..) and a letter of consent given by the parent/guardian/legal representative.
  • for those arriving with a visa suitable for the purpose (student visa): a letter of consent and a document containing parent/guardian information will not be attached.)

Note:

• YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL AND PHOTOCOPIES OF ALL THE ORIGINALLY SIGNED DOCUMENTS WITH YOU.
• RESIDENCE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE ONLY ON MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS FROM  9.30 pm TO 12.00 pm  AND FROM 1.30pm TO 4.30 pm .
• MAKE SURE YOU SUBMIT YOUR RESIDENCE PERMIT CARD TO THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT.

عزيزي الطالب،

يجب على الطلاب الذين انتهت مدة إقامتهم و/أو الذين بقي لهم أقل من 60 يومًا في فترة إقامتهم التقدم بطلب للحصول على الإقامة بشكل عاجل قبل الوقوع في أي مخالفة.

يجب على طلاب التعليم العالي (درجة الدبلوم، درجة البكالوريوس، درجة الماجستير والدكتوراه) الذين يتقدمون للحصول على تصريح إقامة طالب الذهاب إلى أقرب إدارة هجرة مباشرة مع نموذج طلب تصريح الإقامة، جواز السفر وشهادة الطالب، واعطاء بصمات الخاصة بهم ، دون انتظار قدوم الموعد (خلال 24 ساعة)، ويجب عليهم مباشرة بعد ذلك جمع المستندات المطلوبة وإحضارها إلى مكتب الطلاب الدوليين في جامعتنا.

المستندات المطلوبة:

• استمارة طلب تصريح الإقامة
• جواز السفر أو وثيقة بديلة لجواز السفر (الأصل وصورة)
• وثيقة توضح حالة الطالب (شهادة الطالب)
• 4صور شخصية بيومترية
• تأمين صحي ساري المفعول (GSS أو تأمين صحي خاص يغطي فترة طلب تصريح الإقامة)
• مستند يوضح معلومات العنوان الذي سيقيم فيه
  • إذا كنت تعيش في منزله الخاص، نسخة من سند الملكية (بالنسبة لطلبات التمديد، تعتبر"شهادة الإقامة والفاتورة" كافية)
  • في حالة الإقامة بعقد إيجار، نسخة موثقة عند النوتر من عقد الإيجار
  • في حالة الاقامة في اماكن مثل الفندق الخ ، قم بتقديم وثيقة تثبت إقامتك في هذه الأماكن
  • إذا كنت تقيم في سكن الطلاب، قم بتقديم وثيقة تثبت إقامتك في السكن
  • إذا كنت مقيم مع شخص كفيل، التزام موثق عند النوتر من الشخص الذي تقيم معه (إذا كان الكفيل متزوجا، أيضا التزام موثق عند النوتر من زوجه/زوجها).
• إيصال يوضح أنه تم دفع رسوم وثيقة تصريح الإقامة
• للأجانب الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا؛
  • بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يأتون مع إعفاء من التأشيرة أو تأشيرة لغرض مختلف؛ وثيقة تحتوي على معلومات الوالد/الوصي (شهادة الميلاد، شهادة العائلة، وما إلى ذلك) وخطاب موافقة مقدم من الوالد/الوصي/الممثل القانوني
  • بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يصلون بتأشيرة مناسبة لهذا الغرض (تأشيرة الطالب)؛ لن يتم إرفاق خطاب الموافقة والمستند الذي يحتوي على معلومات الوالد/الوصي.

ملحوظة:

• يجب أن تكون معك النسخة الأصلية والمصورة الفوتوغرافية لجميع المستندات الموقعة خطياًّ.
• يتم استلام ملفات طلب الإقامة في مكتبنا فقط في أيام الاثنين والجمعة من الساعة 9.30 صباحا الى 12.00 ظهرا و من الساعة 1.30 الى 4.30 بعد الظهر.
• لا تنس إرسال بطاقة تصريح الإقامة الخاصة بك إلى مكتب الطلاب الدوليين بعد استلامها.
