After a confirmation letter from the host university you must  follow your host university's instructions and processes for admission.

  • Outgoing students must prepare their detailed Learning Agreement with their Erasmus Department Coordinators. Then they must send the Learning Agreement to the host university’s International Office for coordinators’ official approval.

  • You can e-mail the International Office of the host University for questions on application procedures, accommodation and other information in case you cannot find any information on their website.  For questions on courses, contact the departmental Erasmus Coordinator of the host university.

  •  A Learning Agreement setting out the student’s study programme at the host university must be provided. Departmental Erasmus Coordinator must contact the host university and request a list of courses available for the relevant academic year. The total ECTS of the courses is required to be 30 for one semester and 60 for two semesters.

  • Learning Agreement should be approved by all parties including the Erasmus Department Coordinator, LLP/Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, the host university abroad and the student. 3 copies of the document must be prepared.
